RESEARCH ENABLEMENT MANAGER
We're looking for a Research Enablement Manager to lead our team of research associates.

Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks to research and development team
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency
- Keep the team highly motivated
- Watch for changing trends in the IT industry
​
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a management position, preferably in a data analytics or call center environment
- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry
- Ability to spot inaccuracies in surveys
- Hands-on approach
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics or other relevant field nice to have
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:
- Cold emails and calls to IT companies / departments
- Record and enter found data into our CRM
- Follow up with previous survey takers to offer solutions from our partners

Requirements:
- 1+ year experience of cold calls / emails
- Ability to recognize potential needs from survey takers
- Incredible attention to detail
- Highly motivated
DATA ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Visualization
- Coordinate with Research Management team to identify potential needs from our survey takers
- Identify weaknesses in surveys and work with management to tweak questionnaires

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or other similar field
- Ability to notice areas that need improvements and make suggestions
- Incredible attention to detail
- Previous working with multiple teams at the same time
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
